  NOT GOOD. You give this company your money and then basically hope the delivery guy contacts you. They have NO communication with the people who do their deliveries. They RARELY answer their phone. They respond with one word emails basically telling you to be patient eventually someone will bring it. FINALLY 2 weeks after shelling over several hundreds of dollars you get a call from a nice man who says he has your order.
  The poor delivery guy is a freelance type of deal and he was the only redeeming quality about the company. The delivery guy has to be the face that probably gets all the pissed off people yelling at him.
  Finally brought my couch and they didnt give me what I ordered. The couch I ordered was REVERSIBLE however the couch that was brought was NOT REVERSIBLE. Again, the poor guy who delivered and assembled my couch struggled trying to figure out how he could put my couch together in the direction I wanted it with no luck. Luckily, I have the space to be able to arrange my room with the wrong facing couch.
  
  I would like to return it however these jerks would charge me a restocking fee and the poor delivery man would have to carry the thing back down the stairs and reload it. THIS PLACE IS BS. Pay the extra couple of hundred bucks for the same items at a better company!
  
  WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN AND WILL DETOUR ANYONE CONSIDERING IT.
